RED Group to operate the famous Claremont hotel, located on 1700 Collins Ave, in Miami Beach.

This addition is part of RED’s strategy to consolidate its position in short-term hospitality in the Miami Beach area.

The stylish, art-deco boutique hotel in the heart of Miami Beach is located on Collins Ave, walking distance of all the best attractions in South Beach and more.

“Miami continues to grow as the top tourist destination in U.S., and RED is acting accordingly: we are increasingly specializing in acquiring and managing boutique hotels that we convert into fully automated Airbnbs”, says Gabriele Braha Izsak, president of RED Group. “In doing so, we are making our facilities affordable while maintaining high standards of quality”.

The 69 key hotel was built by the famed architect Albert Anis in 1947, and its art-deco style makes it a popular tourist destination.

“The charm of Miami’s art-deco hotels is certainly distinctive and strongly sought after by customers. However, in order to fully meet the new market expectations, we need to set the rooms with the new standards,” says David Shapiro, managing partner of RED Group USA. “We renovated all the rooms and common areas according to the modern needs of the tourists who populate Florida’s premiere destination city every day.”

Amenities include a rooftop pool featuring a sundeck and lounge chairs, as well as a lobby lounge that has a bar. There’s also a shaded terrace with sofas, in addition to a convenience store.
