Niccolò earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Catania in 2014 and his MBA from the Polimi Graduate School of Management at Politecnico di Milano in 2019. He began his real estate career in 2017 with an internship at a boutique investment firm in Milan. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as an analyst at Engel & Völkers Commercial before being promoted to Head of Capital Markets & Retail for its Sicilian division in 2019. In this role, he specialized in core capital markets transactions, advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients. From 2019 to 2021, Niccolò also worked as a business developer and real estate acquisitions advisor for Food Group Service, contributing to the expansion of brands such as KFC and Hard Rock Cafe in Southern Italy and Milan. In 2021, he joined RED Group as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations, focusing on residential and hospitality developments and investments. He leads deal origination and fundraising efforts, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, investment funds, pension funds, and institutional investors across European and American markets.
