Federico obtained his high school diploma in 2005 at the Collegio Sacra Famiglia in Turin and his degree in Business Administration – Accounting Professions at the University of Turin in 2011. After completing his apprenticeship, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in 2013. From 2011 to 2013 he worked with Studio Pirola, Pennuto, Zei & Associati, Turin branch, where he also attended a Master in National and International Taxation. In 2013 he moved to Studio Zucchetti, in Turin, where he began to collaborate more consistently with some companies of the Maider Group. In 2016, due to the close and intense collaboration, he leaves Studio Zucchetti to become CFO of the Group. In 2020 he attended an Executive course at Harvard Business School on mergers and acquisitions, and in May he became CEO of Maider NCG Srl, a company active in the reconditioning of industrial packaging. Federico joined RED Group as CFO in 2021.
