After graduating with a Bachelor in Economics and Business Entities regulations in and a  Master in Economics and Business Management in 2013 from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Bianca began her professional career as Financial Analyst at Studio Fantozzi e Associati in Rome, focusing in the following areas:financial and tax consultancy for international companies; individual taxation; international corporate taxation; VAT and indirect taxes, M&A.

Moved to Miami on August 2015 Bianca started a new experience as Financial Manager in a Luxury Brand Company with the following goals: Produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the Company. Review company’s sales and seek ways to reduce costs, maximize profits. Analyze market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities. Monitor and control the flow of cash that comes in and goes out of the company to meet the company’s business and investment needs. Supervise payroll and tax filing preparation done by CPA.

On October 2020 she became CPA in Italy and started her own business as Accountant for Real estate companies, restaurants, and many other businesses in Miami.

On March 2022 she started her collaboration in RED as Financial Manager.
