Learning by observing: this is how he became an entrepreneur, living the experience of his family, who, in the 1990s, founded Maider, today an holding company operating in the industrial packaging, real estate and venture capital industries. He has always had a strong inclination for networking, connecting entrepreneurs with entrepreneurs, finding strategic partners to invest in new ventures. In the past few years he successfully managed the development of several real estate development, both in Turin and Milan. Andrea, currently operate as Vice President of «Giovani Imprenditori di Confindustria and member of «Club degli Investitori», one of the most dynamic business angel networks in Italy. Andrea joined Red Group in 2020 as managing partner and CEO of the italian branch.
