RED Group teams up with Daniell Group as their new equity partner, in a win-win deal which enables Daniell Group to enter the Miami Beach STR market turn-key while providing RED Group with additional capital and strategic experience to further its expansion in Miami and beyond.
Both properties, 38 units in total, have been sold as a package, at a price of $13,850,000, without any advisor involved in the transaction.
