RED Group sold another Short-Term Rentals property in Miami Beach

Following RED Group’s strategy to sell the first STR portfolio in Miami Beach, 3900 Garden Avenue is the ninth building to be sold for $5.3 million in the last 18 months.

The 19-unit multi-family building was acquired in late 2015 and then converted into a modern STR condo hotel.

RED Group, among the top performing STR companies in Miami Beach by far, is continuing to pursue this strategy to amass underperforming hotels in Miami and, thanks to the PropTech approach, give them a new life.
