Having graduated Summa cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and Management from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Gabriele ventured on scholarship to the Italian Chamber of Commerce in London where he was awarded a Masters in Global Marketing and International Commercial Relationships. Upon completing his studies, Gabriele gained experience in the financial sector at Lehman Brothers in London and in customer marketing at Procter & Gamble. He then began consulting for KPMG, providing business advisory services to a number of global companies. There, he oversaw the sale of client real estate assets and was bitten by the real estate bug. In pursuit of his new passion, Gabriele went to work for one of Italy’s top real estate firms. During his time there, he oversaw the acquisition and development of historic assets in Rome, a major development in Ibiza and aided in negotiations for a major Miami luxury property. With Miami on his radar, he joined a local Miami firm and at the same time, began overseeing investments in Panama’s Casco Antiguo until ultimately partnering in the foundation of RED Group in 2012. Gabriele plays a critical role within the company, leading business development and, in just a few years time, expanding the business across multiple countries and growing the portfolio exponentially.

His initial foray into real estate began in 2004 at Enstar Capital, a private equity fund in London, where he aided in the buying and structuring of a multimillion-dollar commercial retail portfolio with properties in Germany and UK. He then followed his entrepreneurial instincts, founding companies in London and in Panama where he introduced the first award-winning, 5-star boutique hotel to Casco Antiguo. As of January 2020, Francesco has overseen a plethora of real estate transactions around the world, a great deal of which have been in his role as RED Group’s co-founder and CEO. In his time with the company, Francesco has played a key role in expanding the company’s portfolio and global footprint which now spans multiple countries.
